Wahoo, it's Friday. I have half a voice today, as it seems I've finally succumb to the bug going around. I went to bed last night worrying about it being strep throat, because I really, really hate going to the doctor. Which I think I fear because the doctor is the only person who is really a stranger to me, but is determined to poke and look in places I've not even looked on my body...just seems a little violating. Anyway, don't worry, doesn't seem to be strep, but more just gross flem. (probably more that you wanted to know) It's about mid-morning and I feel my mind has checked out the weekend already. Thoughts of sleeping in on Saturday morning are dancing through my head.
Right about now, I'm ready for a vacation. I spoke with my oldest brother, Brad, the other day and he got me even more excited about going on vacation. There are a lot of cool things about my brother, but he's really fun to go visit because he's so good at taking you around the local area to see sites and things you normally might not see. He's anxious for me to come out and see the Redwoods, Yosimite and all sorts of things in the Bay Area. I've never been there and I think it will be a grand adventure. On top of that, I'll make a shameless plug for an airlines I'm anxious to try because they are cheap, Allegiant Air. I can buy round trip tickets to San Fran for under 100! I'll let you know if it's as good as it sounds when I've really tried flying with them. Anyway, for now it's a goal for me to aim for financially and something for me to look forward to in the spring-time.
For now, I have to finish out my day here at work and try to stay focused on the deadlines and designs at hand! Happy weekend all!
